Pheasant Fields Farm Refund & COVID-19 Policy

Social distancing & Masks:

·       Guests are strongly encouraged to wear masks to cover their nose and mouths when they are NOT able to maintain 6 ft. from others.

·       Free masks will be available upon entry if you don’t have one.

Our Promise to You:

·       Pheasant Fields Farm will continue to be a leader in safe practices with all of our team members.

·       Our team members will follow the 6-foot social distancing guidelines and wear masks when it is not possible for us to do so.

·       Hand sanitizer or hand washing stations will be available to all guests and team members.

·       We will clean and sanitize common areas and surfaces regularly.

·       We will sanitize the rest rooms on a regular daily schedule.

·       We will adhere to all local and state health standards.

Your Promise to Us:

·       Adults are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the compliance of any children in their group.

·       If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms of COVID-19 (including a fever, cough, or shortness of breath), stay home.

·       If you have underlying health conditions or other concerns about contracting COVID-19, please stay safely at home. While we are doing our part to minimize transmission, the reality is that there will be multiple people from different households visiting at the same time as your visit.

·       By visiting our farm, you agree to follow the social distancing, face covering, and sanitary guidelines as posted, as well as any instructions from our team members. These guidelines are required to protect you, other guests, and our employees.

·      Please work together with us to provide a safe environment.

·       We reserve the right to ask any one (and their group) to leave for failure to adhere to these policies.

·       We believe in providing a safe environment. However, by choosing to attend, the attendee does indemnify and forever discharge Pheasant Fields Farm and their agents from any and all suits, actions, damages, or claims arising from any loss of property (including property theft) or bodily injury, including but not limited to contracting COVID-19 or other infectious disease.

Pheasant Fields Farm Refund Policy

General Admission tickets are non-refundable.  We will offer refunds if we are unable to host our Harvest Festival or Pumpkin Patch due to the current pandemic. There will be a ticketing fee of $1.00/ticket + 3% credit card processing fee of which the ticketing site retains.  You are welcome to transfer your tickets to another person, simply send them your QR code.  Please check your calendars to ensure you are choosing a day and time that works well for you!

**Please note:  We are a smoke free, vape free, drugs free, no outside animals or pets (including small dogs) private farm per our insurance requirements.  Service animals are welcome with the proper licensing VISIBLE at all times. In an effort to reduce waste, we do not allow outside food or decorations.  We do not offer specific event space for rent.  Pumpkins, gourds, and winter squash are perishable items, refunds are not offered. **
