We’re excited to officially open food truck vendor applications for Fright After Dark 2026 at Pheasant Fields Farm!
With thousands of guests expected throughout the event, we’re looking for great local food trucks that want to be part of one of Southern Oregon’s premier Halloween attractions.
One Night. One Featured Food Truck.
Each Fright After Dark event night will feature one exclusive food truck.
Our goal is to spread the love among our local food truck community while giving each vendor exclusive access to the Fright After Dark crowd on their scheduled night.
It also gives each food truck the opportunity to invite their own customers and followers out for a night of great food and Halloween fun!
No Vendor Fee
There is no vendor fee to participate.
In exchange for your exclusive food truck spot for the evening, we ask each participating vendor to provide up to 10 complimentary meals for our volunteer actors and crew.
Pheasant Fields Farm will provide 10 official meal vouchers for the evening. Vendors will only be responsible for honoring those 10 vouchers.
Paid actors and crew members will purchase their own meals.
Attendance & Event Growth
2026 marks our 5th year of Fright After Dark, and attendance has continued to grow each year.
This season, we are projecting approximately 4,700–5,000 guests across our seven event nights.
With only one food truck per night, there will be no competing food truck scheduled alongside you.

10 complimentary volunteer meals
Pheasant Fields Farm provides the meal vouchers
Vendors must be fully self-sufficient, including providing their own power
Vendors are encouraged to promote their scheduled Fright After Dark night to their customers and social media followers
Vendor spaces are extremely limited, with only seven food truck spots available for the entire 2026 season.
