FRIGHT AFTER DARK FOOD TRUCK SUBMISSION

OCTOBER 23,24,25,29,30,31 & NOVEMBER 1

We’re excited to officially open vendor applications for this year’s Fright After Dark at Pheasant Fields Farm!

With thousands of guests expected throughout the event, we’re looking for food trucks that want to be part of one of Southern Oregon’s premier Halloween attractions.

This year, vendor spots will be offered at a flat nightly rate. Vendors may choose individual nights or multiple nights based on availability. All vendors need to be self sufficient with power.

Vendor Availability

  • Thursday Nights — Limited to 2 food trucks

  • Friday Nights — Limited to 3 food trucks

  • Saturday Nights — Limited to 3 food trucks

  • Sunday Nights — Limited to 2 food trucks

Vendor Rates

  • Thursday — $250

  • Friday — $500

  • Saturday — $600

  • Sunday — $400

Payments will be due October 1, 2026

Spots are first come, first served and expected to fill quickly.
