We’re excited to officially open vendor applications for this year’s Fright After Dark at Pheasant Fields Farm!

With thousands of guests expected throughout the event, we’re looking for food trucks that want to be part of one of Southern Oregon’s premier Halloween attractions.

This year, vendor spots will be offered at a flat nightly rate. Vendors may choose individual nights or multiple nights based on availability. All vendors need to be self sufficient with power.

Analytic Data from us. This year will be our 5th year. Our attendance has grown every year. This year, our projection is 4,700-5,000 attendees over the 7 days.

Vendor Availability

  • Thursday Nights — Limited to 1 food trucks

  • Friday Nights — Limited to 2 food trucks

  • Saturday Nights — Limited to 2 food trucks

  • Sunday Nights — Limited to 2 food trucks

Vendor Rates

  • Thursday — $100

  • Friday — $150

  • Saturday — $200

  • Sunday — $150

Each truck provides up to 5 meals per night for volunteer actors. Pheasant Fields Farm will provide meal vouchers for the people to receive the meals. For the paid actors, they will purchase their own meals.

Payments will be due October 1, 2026

Spots are first come, first served and expected to fill quickly.
